ABOUT MAGIC ELECTRIC GENERATORS
Founded in 1995, Magic Electric has been a trusted electrical contractor serving homes and businesses throughout South Louisiana for nearly three decades. As severe weather events and power outages became more frequent, the company naturally expanded its expertise to include generator installation, repair, and long-term maintenance meeting a growing regional need for reliable standby power.
Before acquiring the business in 2023, Jordan Schillesci spent over a decade working within Magic Electric, helping build the generator division and serving many of the same customers the company supports today. When ownership transitioned, some confusion arose in the market due to a separate, unaffiliated generator company launched by the former owner’s family. To be clear, Magic Electric Generators remains the same trusted operation, now under leadership deeply rooted in its history and day-to-day work.
Today, under the ownership of Jordan and Brandy Schillesci, Magic Electric Generators operates with renewed structure, accountability, and faith-driven leadership, while continuing the standards of honesty, integrity, and reliability that South Louisiana has relied on since 1995.

Jordan Schillesci
The "Full-Service Expert"
Born and raised in Folsom and a lifelong native of St. Tammany Parish, I am proud to serve the community I call home. Partner of Magic ElectricGenerators, LLC, a business I proudly acquired in 2023 after more than a decade of service to the company. I am honored to carry forward and continue to build upon the high standards of quality and reliability that have been the hallmark of this business since 1995.
My expertise is backed by a wide range of credentials, including licenses as an electrician, master natural gas fitter, contractor, and heavy equipment operator. As a certified Kohler and Generac technician, I provide specialized power solutions, including custom, in-house fabricated aluminum generator stands designed to withstand the elements of southern Louisiana. By performing our own aluminum welding, we ensure every installation is built to last with a precision fit.
When I'm not on a job site, I am an avid sportsman and a devoted husband and father, traits in which I believe continue to drive my commitment to excellence and integrity. I believe in treating every customer like a neighbor because, in St. Tammany Parish, you truly are.
Brandy Schillesci
Built on Grit, Grind, and a Commitment to Community
I was born and raised in St. Bernard parish, the daughter of small business owners who taught me the true meaning of 'grit and grind.' Watching my parents navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship in New Orleans, La—and later, the devastation of Hurricane Katrina—instilled in me a resilient spirit and a deep-rooted desire to serve my community.
With nearly 20 years in customer service and a background as a Medical Assistant, I have always prioritized people. My path eventually led me to earn a Business Degree in Project Management and become a Certified Generac Technician.
My connection to Magic Electric began long before we purchased the business. Having lived through Katrina in St. Bernard Parish, I knew the fear of a crisis firsthand. When Hurricane Ida hit in 2021, I stepped in to volunteer as the voice behind the phones, helping our neighbors find solutions when they needed them most. Today, I am proud to help lead this company with the same dedication to service.
Life Beyond the Business
When I’m not at the helm of Magic Electric, I stay connected to my medical roots by assisting at a local aesthetician’s office. To keep my mind and body sharp for the 'grind,' I enjoy weightlifting, reformer Pilates, and spending time outdoors. Above all, I cherish life with my husband and children, who inspire me to keep building a legacy of strength and reliability for our community."
